Bridge Collaborative Founders to Assess Progress on Gulf Ecosystem Restoration.
A new grant from the Gulf Research Program of the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine will fund a project to assess progress on ecosystem restoration in the Gulf of Mexico following the 2010 Deepwater Horizon oil spill. Bridge Collaborative Launch Event
At our fall 2017 global launch event, we gathered together with more than 150 researchers, practitioners and stakeholders from around the world for two days of inspiring dialogue on the value and power of collaboration across health, development and the environment. During this event, we formally launched the Bridge Collaborative and released two foundational reports. We also hosted the Bridge Spark Awards and announced our inaugural cohort of Bridge Spark Champions.

Making Global Goals Local Business—India
Advisory Council member Nitin Desai represented the Bridge Collaborative at the United Nations (UN) Global Compact meeting “Making Global Goals Local Business—India.” His presentation, “Health is Everyone’s Business,” highlighted the challenge of air pollution in Delhi.This two-day event brought together over 300 local and global leaders from business, civil society, finance, Government and the UN to focus on opportunities to achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Workshop: Full Collaborative Meeting
